Omnium Race Particulars
We expect full fields. No refunds. Register below at TimeYourRace.com. Under 19 y/o, parent or guardian signature required. All racers need to complete the NCNCA release form
www.usacycling.org/forms/rider_release.pdf and the
City of Folsom Release Form. Current USAC license required. No license, no race,
NO EXCEPTIONS. Cat 5 men, Cat 4 women, may use a 1-day license (form will be at event).
Entry fee includes USCF insurance and NCNCA surcharges. 2011 champs pay $35 for Omnium entry if pre-register/race in their category (will refund difference on race day from pre-registration cost).

STAGE 1 - FOLSOM SOUTH CANAL ROAD BIKE TIME TRIAL

Course Description
Riders competing in the South Canal Time Trial will be treated to a traditional ~11-mile out and back course…with a few twists. The road is completely closed to autos, nicely paved and very fast. The challenge will be small rollers (3 each direction for a total of 6). The rollers are short, but steep enough to break up your rhythm.

We expect full fields. No refunds. Register below at TimeYourRace.com. Registration fee is $34 or $29 (if entry into all 3 ominum events). You MUST pre-register to receive a start time. Check-in/packet pickup 1:00pm - first rider goes off at 2:00pm. Held rain or shine under UCSF rules/permit.

champs pay $10.00. We will refund difference on race day from pre-registration cost.
Packet pick-up is at your first race. Check in at each race is still required.
Must have your USA Cyling license or they will need to purchase a 1 day license each day, or an annual license. Tri license does not count.
USA Cycling rules: Helmets required, NO IPODS, No off-road bikes
permitted.

STAGE 2 - CHALLENGE CRITERIUM LAKE FOREST BUSINESS PARK
Course Description
The Folsom Challenge Criterium takes place on a flat course with excellent pavement in the tree lined
Lake Forest Business Park. Racers compete clockwise, flying through two corners entering and exiting Lake Forest Road, connected by a horseshoe shaped
Blue Ravine Road. A wide open sprint for the finish will favor lead-outs, good timing and high top end speed.

STAGE 3 - WILLOW CREEK CIRCUIT RACE
Course Description
2.4 mile course! Start and finish at the Maximus building at 625 Coolidge Drive, Folsom. The course circumnavigates a beautiful section of Willow Creek and is generally flat with a couple of elevation changes; six 90-degres turns, several long sweeping turns and one Euro-style roundabout. Pavement on course is good to excellent; fair on Sibley, with two abandoned RxR crossings. Ample finishing straight - 320 meters for sprinting!
