NORTHERN CALIFORNIAS MOST FUN, FAMILY-FRIENDLY WEEKEND OF BICYCLE RIDING & RACING
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
THE FAM JAM - 
The Folsom Fam Jam is presented by The Hub and is Folsom Bike Park's second annual freeride/dirt jumping competition. The family atmosphere will feature food vendors, open riding, as well as amateur and professional level freeride competition. The Fam Jam will offer amateur and open class qualifying and competition for MTB and BMX freeriders as well as cash purses in the Men's Open BMX and the Men's Open MTB categories. Men's and Women's Amateur categories will be awarded with prizes from sponsors. Riders will be judged on style, technical difficulty, and amplitude on dirt jumps of all sizes and other bike park features. The Fam Jam will include open riding for recreational riders (all ages) to use the park right alongside the pro and amateur competitors.
There will be awards for the top 3 athletes in each class and a cash purse for the pros.
Mountain Bike and BMX Celebrity judges!
Competitors must be at least age ten.
Competition course is all-rider friendly and has beginner, intermediate, and advanced features including table-tops and double jumps.

Women's Open MBT - $30 per person
Amateur Open BMX - $30 per person
Amateur Open MTB - $30 per person
Non-competitor rider - $10
Non-competitor is all ages with bike with no training wheels and bike helmet.
Must be over ten years old to compete and categories with less than five entrants will be combined.

Stop by the Hub booth for free bike checks and other cool stuff!
Everyone participating will need to sign a liability release prior to the race. If you are under 18 the form must be signed by your parent or guardian. You can download the form HERE.

Open riding (admission required) to public with competitors
2:00-3:00pm Competition area closed for grooming/preparation
3:00-4:00pm Fam Jam Competitor practice
4:00-7:00pm
Fam Jam Qualifying (2 judged runs each,
top 5 competitors from each category advance to Fam Jam Finals.
7:00-9:00pm Fam Jam Finals (best of two runs score wins)
9:00-9:30pm Fam Jam Podium/Awards Presentation
